          PURPOSE:  To follow up on the proposals for the formation of
          compact model council and model interface (API) development.
          Discuss the challenging circuit conditions for testing model
          robustness, review the test results of new compact models and
          discuss the support issues associated with standardization process.
 
          EXPECTED RESULTS:
          - Reach consensus on the process for forming the model council.
          - Develop a roadmap for an industry standard model interface
          (API) development.
          - Identify the sources to collect circuits on more recent
          technologies to test the robustness of the models.
          - Promote the development of new compact models and identify
          the limitations of the current models.
